Learning Beyond the Classroom, Exploring 100 Acres of Nature

At Kingsbury, nature is more than just a backdrop—it’s an essential part of learning. Our 100-acre campus provides students with hands-on opportunities to explore the environment, develop a deep appreciation for nature, and become responsible stewards of the world around them.

ESP is a one-of-a-kind program designed to:

  • Optimize our outdoor learning spaces
  • Deepen students' appreciation for nature
  • Foster environmental stewardship
  • Encourage curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning

Daily Exploration and Outdoor Learning

Kingsbury students engage with nature every day. Our extensive trail system serves as an outdoor classroom where students in the lower grades begin their journey by observing and experiencing the natural world. As they grow, they explore more in-depth environmental topics and apply their learning to the broader community.

Hands-On Learning & Environmental Exploration

At Kingsbury, students don’t just learn about nature—they experience it firsthand. Our 100-acre campus serves as an interactive outdoor classroom where students engage in meaningful, hands-on activities that deepen their understanding of the environment.

As students progress, they have the opportunity to expand their environmental passions through a variety of lessons:
